Hi, i had signed up for vodafone broadband only on Sat 3rd and i got my contract. I was supposed to receive an email or tx regartdng the time and date that it could be installed. But i never heard back.

I have tried to contact customer service but they couldnt help as they were asking for vodafone ID. What is that? And why couldnt they find my number, as I am with vodafone for last 5-7 years.
