I purchased a 4G router a couple of months ago but have been unable to register for My Vodafone. I signed up for paperless billing at the time but have never received a bill although the direct debit is paid no problem. It didn't really bother me up to now but I've been having technical issues lately and am unable to talk to anyone tech support because I am not a valid customer according to my registered email or customer number! Because I never received any correspondence from Vodafone (paper or digital) I am assuming that my customer number is the 1901****** number referenced in the direct debit every month.
Could someone please advise?
