Hi Vodafone Reps,
I am currently in a rental property and I am looking at getting broadband installed. The previous occupants have a current subscription activated and the service provider is Vodafone. If the line is still activated is it possible for me to "cancel" it in order to take out a contact with Vodafone in my own name instead?
If i was to set up an account with vodafone to get simply broadband - what would i need to provide ? Is a utility bill ( A Bill from a Bin company) appropriate documentation to verify my name at this address?
Any information you can provide would be very helpful to me.
