I have requested an upgrade from SIRO 150 to the 1000mb package.
I had serious performance and range issues with the original HEAWAI HG659 which I had tried to resolve through tech support and had posted on this forum numerous times.
Subsequently, I had to purchase my own ASUS router which has worked perfectly since, only problem is I can't use the landline phone services.
Sales have informed me a new router is available but I would have to prove the 659 isn't suitable in order to get the new router for free.
I am not happy paying for the new router considering I have spent many hours with tech support trying to get the 659 to work correctly and I have been a Vodafone customer for 18 years for all services.

Would it be possible for someone to sort this issue out for me please??

I've been trying to get this issue resolved. I can't get through to the Target team.

Hi Stephen,


You could request to run through troubleshooting using the old Huawei router if you feel it isn't suitable.


If they have already deemed it is suitable, we wouldn't be able to override the decision regarding the new router.
