I recently ordered an internet upgrade to gigabit broadband 1000 the engineer was to suppose to call to my house on 18/09/18 between 8:00am and 1:00pm and I never received a call from the engineer I was wondering if I could reschedule as I’ve not had any contact with anyone explaining why the engineer never called or what’s goimg on my latest bill is also more than it should be and I don’t know why either.
