I also signed up for Vodafone broadband last week and received an email to say that my order was sent. I have heard nothing back so I called the customer support today. They have no record of my order which is very worring as I also included personal banking details also to set up the account.
Can Vodafore please respond as this would be an urgent matter. If they havnt received the order then where are all my personal details ??
