Hi Team,

 
Greetings...!
 
Currently I am on "Simply Broadband Fibre" plan and I will be moving to a new house/place next month. So, when I checked for the availability of Vodafone broadband service at the new location I found that "Simply Broadband Fibre" plan is not available but instead "Gigabyte Broadband" plan is available.
 
So, my question's are..
 
1. If I opt to this new upgraded plan, then will my contract be renewed for 12 months?
2. For the installation at my new house, will the installation be free of cost?
3. If I upgrade to Gigabyte plan then will I get a new hardware? If yes, then how can I return the old hardware which I have with me?
 
Sorry, for so many questions.

Apologies for the delay in responding to your query. We would advise that you contact the Vodafone at home team on 1907 as you will need to request a premises move. The team will also then be able to go through any available plans. ~Ailís
