I am a Vodafone at Home Customer with Simply Fibre Broadband. I check my bill there because my six month offer was up and wanted to see what the charge would be. I see I am being charged for Vodafone PC protection as well. I would like this removed from my bill and I would also like a my account to be credited with the value of the previous four months charges for this service. I have never used it and it is not mentioned in the email I received from Vodafone welcoming me.
