Our TV account name was in our companies name and the billing address was at our office. The company is no longer active at the address where the equipment is located which is the family home. How do I change the name and address on the account? Same location, same people.

You will need to complete a transfer of ownership form. Please scroll down to the "Manage your account" heading and then click on the "How do I change the name or transfer ownership of a landline?" sub heading.

 

Here you will find a link to download the form and instructions on how to get it processed.
