I have been a Vodafone at Home broadband customer since May 2017. I was promised speeds of 4-5MB both by the sales rep and the engineer who installed the modem. However, the actual speed received has been atrocious, varying from 0.5 MB to 1.5MB. I have been in touch with technical support on numerous occasions yet there has been no solution.
I wish to have my contract cancelled without incurring the early cancellation fee as I have been mislead.
