If you PM mods without posting a summary of your issue on the main forum they will ignore it.

Why dont you log back in under the original account? Do you know that account username?
Creating extra threads all on the same topic makes a mess of the forum and will delay any responses from mods to your query as they have to deal with queries in order of receipt.

Hows a customer going to know if a mod is sick/holidays?

Well 90% of the time it's Ashling or Daz and they can see each others but I'm never sure if the newer/less frequent people can see the same.

I wouldnt imagine they are off in the sense of off work - more resources needed elsewhere. The social media team of which they all play a part have a massive presence on twitter, facebook and boards.ie as well. 

Sometimes you will see them active on those channels helping with any backlogs
