I can't see my second broadband package in my online account. Where is it?

I have two broadband packages on two different addresses. I need the both.

In my online account I can see only one.

Where is the second one?

Hi there,

 

Apologies for the delay in responding, we experienced a high volume of queries.

 

If you have two separate broadband accounts with Vodafone Ireland, you would be required to register each account separately for My Vodafone - both broadband accounts will not display under the one My Vodafone log in.

Can you advise if you have registered both accounts for My Vodafone?
