Hi there,


I recently to vodafone Gigabit and I have receiced an eail with a bill of 214 eur as part of some termination fees applies to my old account.


I am after ringing 3 times to be told a credit would be applied to close the old account, but still hasnt happened. 


Can sompe please help? Let me know what details you need or where I can send them
