I have had two discussions in the past few days with two different Vodafone agents.  I agreed to have my service upgraded and it was my understanding that the price would be 30.00 for the first 6 months and 45.00 thereafter. However, when I received my T&Cs by email, the price was 30.00 for the first 6 months and 55.00 thereafter. In both instances English was not the first language of the two agents but as far as I am concerned they both said 45.00, not 55.00. Can you look into this for me? Thank you.
