I want to cancel my Vodafone at Home contract as I rarely get over 2mbps. When I purchased package, website advertied up to 25mbps in my area when I typed in my landline. Been on to Vodafone Support numerous time. The mas my line can take is 5mbps but it's set at 4mbps I think otherwise it will drop too often. But never achieve even this

Impossible to have any quality streaming at this low rate

I'm sorry to hear this, if you would like to cancel your Vodafone at Home service, you would be required to contact us directly on 1907 and request this with our cancellations team.
