Hi, my contract has expired and would like to cancel my landline and broadband service, is it possible to cancel through the forum? Thanks

Hi there,

 

Apologies for the delay in responding, I'm really sorry to hear that you're considering cancelling your broadband service with us. Is there a particular reason you're looking to cancel?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests for fixed broadband / landline services through this channel. However, if you get in touch with our Vodafone at Home team directly on 1907, my colleagues here can have this arranged for you directly over the phone.
