WebText



There's currently an issue with webtexts. Our engineers are looking into the issue and we hope to have it resolved very soon,

Vodafone View Team.


A prominent message on the WebText page about the status of the service might be better than repeatedly saying that it is being looked at!

While Vodafone keeps "looking into it" (times nearly 2 weeks now...), perhaps also consider making your very frustrated vodafone subscribers/members a little happier with some cherry points as an attempt to apologise for the ongoing problem and the *absolute* lack of communication.

Currently webtext is removing all apostrophes before it sends the text, maybe warn users of this also.
