I have a problem setting up BB messenger on my Curve 8520.
Followed the instructions ot the letter but the recipients did not receive the requests
and they are still showing as "pending".
I have tried the pin method and barcode.
Am I missing something?
Is your Blackberry Email working?
If not, it could be that you aren't yet set up for blackberry services or haven't added the blackberry add on to your account (as blackberry email and the BB messanger require the same connection).
If you're unsure, you can check on My Vodafone (above), give a call to the helpdesk (1907), or PM one of us here...
I looks like Blackberry Services are not set up. The only e-mail option I have is to use a BES Server
