Having recently bought a new phone I am having great difficulty in claiming my free call credit on the vodafone website. I enter my IMEI no. as requested and other relevant details and am met with either an error or timeout message despite completing it as quick and accurately as is humanly possible. Any suggestions? Could I email my IMEI no to a staff member and let them take it from there?

The imei has been applied to the number you sent on.
You'll receive the first €10 30 days from today, the 09/09. You just need to top up by €20 before then.
