I have just signed up to postpaid and am trying to access My Vodafone online billing, a/c info, etc.
I can login but I don't have my 4 digit PIN / last 4 digits of my customer number because I have never received a bill and cannot login to view it either.
Can you please call / SMS / email me the required PIN?

The team should be able to find your details through the mobile number, if it's registered on your landline account.
Was there something you needed assistance with?
