There's two options you can sign up for either free texts to all networks or free calls and text to Vodafone users only. If you'd like to change your option just PM/mail me your number and I'll take care of it .

i signed up for the free txts to any network and have topped up by 20 euro but im still geting charged for my texts..any clue why this is
Did you do it in that order (registered first, then topped up by 20 euro in one go)?

Hi, should top up one more time for 30 euro, if I top eped first and just than sen text message to star get free voice calls and international calls???? :-(
you need to send the text first with the offer you want before you topup in order to be activated once you topup. does this answer your query?

Hey I need help... I switched to vodafone 2months ago and was told if i top up by 20euro i will get free calls and texts to vodafone and free internet... It was the second time i topped up 2 days ago and i recieved a text saying : your balance is 20.25 EUR. you have free vodafone calls and texts & free internet on your phone until 2012-05-01 , 150.00 MB free interet on your phone umtil 01-05-2013 Yopu have 42 cherry points.' But when I checked the next day The message only said: Your balance is 25.05 EUR, 150.00 MB free internet on your phone until 01-05-2013. You have 64 Vodafone Cherrypoints.' Please help me as soon as possible with this because I have no idea where my free calls and texts are gone and why i got a free fiver?

The free calls/texts last for 30 days, so you're still good to go.
The extra 5 euro is likely registration credit, if you've recently switched over to us.
