Vodafone at home:

An updated Status Red Storm warning has now been issued by Met Eireann for all parts of the country. In the interests of our staff safety, we may have limited support services for the duration of the storm.

Please see below in relation to your Vodafone at Home Services;

Service Issues: Customers in the Mornington Road area in Drogheda, Co. Louth experienced an outage on their TV, Phone and Gigabit Broadband services this morning due to a local power outage. Power was restored by ESB and all services should be now back up and running.

Please see Here for further updates on power outages in your area.

Modem Deliveries/Collections: We have been advised by our delivery partners that due to the status red storm warning, they have suspended all delivery & collections until further notice. We understand this may lead to unavoidable delays in getting your device delivered or collected in the agreed appointment slot and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will endeavor to deliver all items as soon as possible and any deliveries/collections impacted will be prioritized the next working day providing it is safe to do so.

Home Moves: Due to the Status Red warning, the Home Move department will be closed until Monday 5th March. To request a new home move, please visit Home Move and submit the form with the relevant information. A representative from our Home Move team will contact you as soon as possible. If you are looking for an update on a home move scheduled for the coming days, the team will be in contact with you after the weekend to confirm the status of your move and reschedule for a new appointment. Please note, our customer care teams will not be able to provide any further update on the status of your home move.

Repairs: While the status red warning stays in place and in the interests of safety for our partners engineers, customers may experience a delay in getting service restored.

We will provide estimated repair times per area over the coming days on this thread - so please check back here for the latest updates.

If you have already logged a fault with us, we appreciate your patience and our partners engineers will get to you as soon as possible.

Before logging a fault, please see our Support page for useful tips.  If you need to contact us, please ensure you are calling from a mobile phone and at the premises so our team can assist you.

If you observe any damaged Telecoms infrastructure in your area and it is causing a public safety risk, we ask people to contact 1850 245 424 or contact An Garda Siochana.

Installs/Appointments Update: In the interests of safety for our partner’s engineers, it will not be possible for scheduled appointments to go ahead while the status red storm warning is in place. Every effort will be made to inform you of any changes. If your appointment is missed, we will contact you after the weekend to reschedule your appointment for the soonest available date.
