During the late evening of Friday 22nd April, Vodafone Ireland, while performing routine stability checks, became aware of a network issue impacting some customers. Affected customers would have experienced issues with mobile voice services including making and receiving calls along with some difficulty accessing data services across 2G, 3G and 4G for the duration of the issue. A team was immediately deployed to troubleshoot and all of the services were restored to affected customers by the early morning of Saturday 23rd April.
We sincerely apologize to all the customers impacted, and we will continue to monitor network performance to ensure the best quality of service.
