Unfortunately,we would be unable to cancel an order once this has been processed. I'm really sorry about that. If you are unhappy with the handset that you have selected, simply decline the delivery of your order when the courier arrives at your address. Once your handset has been returned and tested, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 5 working days of your refund being processed.
