I want to inquire as to why I was getting text to top up my phone when there was an automatic top up in place
I want to get refunded the money I topped the phone up with as I was receiving text messages to top up.
I have paid approx 50 euro's over that last five months Sept/Oct/Nov/Jan
I topped up by 5 euro in Sept
I topped up by 20 euro in Oct
I topped up by 20 euro in Nov
I topped up by 5 euro in Jan
