Cannot verify number buying phone

Hi, I'm trying to purchase a new phone and switch my number to vodafone (from postmobile).  When I get to checkout and try to verify my number, I do not receive any text message. And it's an offer where I get €50 off the price of a huawei y6 for switching. Online chat suggested I go to my nearest store for assistance with porting but I'm not even porting my number yet, just verifying to complete the purchase.  I've tried to resend the code several times but I receive nothing.

 

Any help much appreciated

Apologies for the delay in responding, I have flagged this with our web team and I have been advised that this function appears to be working correctly. Can you please test this again using a desktop / laptop?
