Hmm sounds like an app/setting is interfering with the call answering.
Have you installed any apps lately or do you have any call apps?
Possibly a factory reset is an option (make sure you backup first)

I'm sorry to hear this, if you're still experiencing this issue, I would recommend that you call into the store where your device was purchased so my colleagues can assess your equipment in person.
