When I try to call an international number, I get the error message: "Can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on."
On my phone, I've gone in to the Call Barring menu. All settings were already set to Disabled. I did the "Disable all Call Barring settings" option anyway, and got the "Call Barring deactivated" message afterwards.
I also did the following:
To deactivate call barring: dial #330* 0000 #
(instead of 0000, I put in my call barring password)
...and I got the "Call barring - Service has been disabled"response.
But I'm still getting the same error message when I try to make an international call.
So I restarted my phone to see if this would help, but it didn't make any difference.
I can make domestic calls.
Can you please help me with this?
