I understand you may feel frustrated, but I can assure you that we are currently doing everything possible to have this issue resolved, our network team have multiple examples to run through and they are performing the necessary tests in order to determine where the problem lies. As soon as I have an update, I will inform you all.

Haven't had issues for the past few days, about 5 or so however today the usual issue is back, at the same times once again with same ping rises Smiley Sad Smiley Sad

Yeah same for me aswell. They claim they are investigating and still can't give us a single bit of information as to what they are actually doing despite it going on for 2 weeks and affecting so many customers. It makes it seem like they are doing nothing at all and that this issue will not be resolved. Ridiculous.

Just played leauge of legends, ping is 120 in the evening, guys when its gonna be over? Its impossible to play online games, with vodafone many years this ping problems lasting over 1 month already.

I've been having the exact same problems for the past 3 days. I just signed up with vodafone, and I am also getting high pings in the evenings! The second that it hits 6pm, my ping goes from 32-40 to 120-140 and then around 10-11pm, it is perfect again. This is absolutely digraceful as it makes every game unplayable. I still am within my right to cancel my service as I am within my 2 week cancellation period, so, do you guys reckon I should cancel my service, or hold out and see what happens. This is an absolutely outrageous service considering I just signed up. What an introduction....

Yeah its awesome man, they have 0 information for us too. Paying for a service that we don't receive neither on the connectivity side as well as being posted/ aware of whats happening. Even tough im on a contract I think its time to change providers. They arent providing the service, we shouldnt provide the money. GG VODAFONE

@AshlingI assume there is still 0 information. This is getting kind of hilarious by now, as everytime I come back home to get online its the same issue all over again. No sight of improvenment ??????????????????

I have been having the same problem while play on line games for 3 weeks now. My ping is perfect between 6 and 24 during the day but in the evening its going up 100  but tonight it just took the **bleep** going all the way up to 320 getting me booted of every server i went on. I know it takes time to track down and fix problems like this,but i only have so much patience if it not fixed soon i will cancel my contract and go somewhere else
