my phone is locked by Vodafone protect app, when I try to reset my password online it says "There is no valid account associated with this number". I never even knew my PIN, I was wondering could you reset it for me please as soon as possible, thank you.

i have a similer problem
i am locked out of my htc one and its looking for a 6 digi numbered code which i dont have or ever provided
i was on to customer support and tech support a few times today and the best they can come up with is bring it to the vodafone shop and it will be sent away for a week or i default the fone and lose everything on it,
this is a big problem for me as im currently on hols im america and cant get to vodafone shop for 3 weeks and i need my fone to connect wit work while im away and defaulting/recovering the fone is not a option
some help or 6 digi code to fix these would be much appreciated thanks
