I have an IP camera connected to a teltonika router with vodafone sim inside.
I'm trying to connect to this router externally from my mobile so I can view the camera. It's not working. I can connect externally when I connect the camera to my virgin broadband router so it's set up correctly.
When I check the IP of the teltonika router with the vodafone sim inside, the ip on the router homescreen is different to the public ip when I retrieve it from an ip finding website.
Could this be the reason I can't connect and how do I fix it?

It's most likely it needs a static IP and as far as I know these are only available to Vodafone business customers. Mods can advise further. Not sure what Virgin offer.

Cookie is correct on both counts, these set ups generally need a static IP, which is provided as part of a specific business package.
