The My Vodafone App has not been working for the last while and when I try to log in online I get the message below for both of them:
As your data is currently being transferred onto our new system, the My Vodafone App service is currently unavailable, please try again later.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused
Can you tell me what the issue is and when the problem will be rectified? II cannot access my account to monitor my usage and therfore limit it if I need to..

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging on. This downtime should only last 3/4 days.
