Can't log into Vodafone offers to set up Spotify Premium

I topped up as usual this month and received a text about needing to re-activate my deal, accessed the link (htts://offers.vodafone.com/new/ie) via mobile data, but the site is telling me my phone number is incorrect. I can log on perfectly on the Vodafone desktop website.

 

What do I do?

Can you confirm if you are getting a yellow error message advising your number is incorrect?

I have a similar porblem - just joined Vf on Friday and straight away received the relevant text re offers for Spotify. However, when I access the link (htts://offers.vodafone.com/new/ie) via mobile data, but the site is telling me my phone number is incorrect (message appears in a yellow box - that I've either entered my number incorrectly or do not have access). I can log on perfectly on the Vodafone desktop website. 

Please advise.

Are you accessing the link on mobile data? It wont work on WiFi.
