Can't top up, haven't topped up in a while...

Hi,

I have a secondary phone that I use mostly for taking calls. I haven't topped up in a few months and it won't let me top up anymore. I can still receive calls.

Can the account be reactivated so I can top up? Or how do I go about reactivating it?
