I have ongoing issues we have with the mobile broadband service.
I am my wits end with tech support company who seem to be incapable of fixing or escalating this issue any further.
I have gone through 2 line manager escalations over the last few weeks which have basically been a consoling effort on their part with no helpful or new information coming out of the sessions.
they seem to be complety isolated from vodafone.ie
Each time i ring it takes 30 -40 mins of starting from the top again.
I think the 3rd part company running 1907 are doing vodafone a dis-service at this stage.
is there a way to have a discussion with someone from vodafone.ie before I give up and abandon them.
