XMPBlocked/always.html on website when viewing on Vodafone network

Hi,

We have a website - higginspharmacy.ie which seems to be mistakenly categorised as Adult and as a result nobody on the vodafone network (without contacting Vodafone) can see the site - they get directed to http://10.163.16.125:9501/XMPBlocked/always.html

I would appreciate it if you could recategorise this site asap as it is causing loss of business

I've tried that on my work browser and it's blocked. You might want to speak to your developer to see what's happening to the site.

Hi EvilJebus

What browser/network were you on?  I am the developer of the site and so far the only issue we've had is with the Vodafone 3G/4G network.  Are you using a content filter in your workplace too?

Thanks in advance for the info

Thanks Ashling

Incidentally, we are moving to SSL on the site and the HTTPS version works fine - just the http that is blocked

Posted from Android 2.0

Using chrome and windows 11 both the same. The work place would be well protect with filters due to the nature of the business.

Re: XMPBlocked/always.html on website when viewing on Vodafone network

Thanks EvilJebus

It may be that the site needs to be added to your content filter to be viewed.  Not sure there's much I can do about that one! Smiley Happy   If I can get it viewed on the general Vodafone network I'll count that as a win!

Thanks again for the feedback
