Incorrectly flagged/blocked websites - How To Resolve?

Posted from Samsung SM-N910F
Hi guys.
Thete are two websites that I frequent that have been, in my opinion, incorrectly flagged or blocked by the age/content filter (XMPblocked message).

How can I go about getting these reviewed and removed from the filter? Is there an email address or formal process to get these reviewed? It's a PITA starting up a VPN just to bypass this block and I feel it is an error or overzealous filtering.

Note that these are blocked, not age restricted.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi there,

Your best bet is to drop in to the nearest vodafone and have them remove the block. Make sure to bring an ID..

This is not an age restriction. That has already been removed. As mentioned in the last line of my post.

The filter has flagged a false positive or two. I want to know how to get those false positives actioned and removed from the blacklist.

Mods may be able to look into it today for you.

Thanks Cookie.
Its not a huge deal at all and no rush. I'm really just enquiring as to how to report clear false positives. Obviously, a VPN can get around the restriction easily. It would be nice not have to do that though for sites that shouldn't have been been blocked in the first place.

How can I go about getting the mods to look into it? Again, this is low priority so don't want to put anyone out.

They can review the site and make a change if it's appropriate. But they are gone today and wont be back until tomorrow I'm afraid.
