Title says it all really, upgraded from €40 to €60 p/m tariff yesterday, can't ring/text or use data since, can recieve calls and texts.
Web chat facility was beyond useless, issue is now apparently being worked on by your twitter team. I am currently 23 hours without service.
I spent €200 on an upgrade yesterday and my bills over 24 months will cost €1440 and this is where I find myself?
Please don't tell me to turn it on and off again. I have...numerous times.

If you got a blank sim in the box transfer your number to the new sim. You can call 1907 and listen to the prompts to do this over the phone. Or try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
