Nobody is able to help dispite being transferred from dept to dept to dept to dept...
I have sent several screenshots of my payments, as requested by vidafone and nobody rings me back or looks for payments and it is still missing and my account keeps being disconnected and another contection fee is being added to my account every month.
I have made over 20 calls to vodafone and have now risen an offical complaint with comreg.
Please advise of the complaints procedures

Mods wont be back until Monday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
