Changed network and can't activate sim

Hi there

I changed network this morning to vodafone but can't activate my new sim. Every time I try to call 1907 the call fails because I don't have any service yet. 

Live chat is not available at the moment. Any other suggestions as to how to activate my sim?

Call them on another phone or drop into a store.

Hi there,

Can you send a private message with your number, address & DOB, along with a link to this thread?

Also, if you switched online, can you include your online order number in the PM?
