Cancel Bill after changing Network

Hi All, 

 

I hope someone can help, back in July i made a move from a Vodafone ( Perfect Friends Sim Only ) plan to an Eir plan but to date i am still recieving Bills from Vodafone every month regardin the said plan.

I have tried going through the 1907 number with no joy to cancel and am looking to find out who to contact with regards the cancellation of the this account as so as to stop incurring charge for a plan i am no longer registered to or using.
