My Fibre broadband went down last Friday evening around 8pm. I reported the issue on Saturday to be told there was a Line Fault in the area and that it would be resolved in 2-3 days. On Tuesday I was told the same that it was definately a line fault and that a technician is working on the issue and that it will be resolved in another 2-3 days.
It's now six days since the outage begun with no solution having been provided as of yet. It's ridiculous. What have I got to do to get an actual proper status update and a solution?
