Cancel Contract

Hi Mods, 

 

I would like to cancel my Vodafone at home bundle. 

Sent an email to end last week but got a reply today that it's no longer used for support purposes. 

Please advise how I can provide my contract details to you

If you get in touch with our Vodafone at Home team on 1907, they can take care this for you directly over the phone.

In this case, we would recommend that you contact us on +35312038232 and ask to be transferred through to our Vodafone at Home cancellations team.

You cannot get through on that number from abroad without an Irish Vodaphone number. Operatives need to be trained not to keep giving this number out.

Hi, yes I wasn't actually able to contact Vodafone that way because it's asking for my vodafone mobile number, which I don't have

Instead I used the chat functionality. I was promised a call back, but that hasn't happened yet.

 

@Ashling: I will message you with my contract number and contact number. Please organise that I will be called back.

thanks for providing the email address.

 

I do have to say though that the customer service is not great.

First i sent an email to an email address given by a mod in another thread, a week later I get an email that it's the wrong email address but no alternative.

 

I post here, get a phone number i can't call.

 

Use the chat and the advice I will be called back, which didn't happen either.

 

Now I have a new email address.


Really? I am trying to get my cancellation in since the 22nd of September
