I have a blackberry curve 9320 that keeps freezing and shutting down. This is the third blackberry i have had from vodafone that is dodgy. you refuse to swap it or upgrade it,your service is absoulute **bleep**e, i dont know how many agents i spoke to, one suggested i sell the phone to a third party and then buy a new one of you with the difference. Are vodafone fooking insane. I will look to chaging provider, because your lack of interest and common sense is baffling to say the least.
